Our tour programs are carefully researched and crafted to best showcase the people, culture and rich natural environment for every visitors to enjoy. Select one of our highly successful packaged tour programmes, fill up the Booking / Enquiry Form and submit it. A copy of your submission will be E-mailed to you within few minutes. If you don’t receive it, please check your spam/junk mail folder. Once we receive your enquiry form, our trip planner will get back to you as soon as possible usually within the next 2 working days. You may also send us any additional request or special interest that you want us to include in the itinerary. We will be more than happy to discuss with you and develop a programme that best suits you or your group.
After we agree on the tour programmes and itineraries, we can then work on the flight tickets connecting to and from Bhutan. There are only two airlines operating in and out of Bhutan: DRUKAIR and BHUTAN AIRLINES. Most of the time flights get fully booked during the months of high season so planning and booking much in advance will guarantee you a seat and a smooth journey. Unlike many other countries where travelers are required to purchase air tickets before applying for VISA, Bhutan requires VISA approval prior to buying air tickets. We will then confirm your booking and send you a copy of the tour itineraries along with invoice.
Once you receive booking confirmation and invoice from us, you can wire transfer the tour cost to our bank account maintained with Bank of Bhutan. You have to send us a copy of the wire transfer receipt. It is worth mentioning here that our bank account is monitored by the Tourism Council of Bhutan who will release payment to us only after you complete the tour and safely depart from Bhutan. After receiving payment the Tourism Council of Bhutan will endorse your VISA application which is absolutely necessary for final approval by the Department of Immigration. Visa will normally be processed within few working days. We will E-mail you a copy of the visa approval letter and your flight e-ticket. You have to print out the visa approval letter and present it at the airline check-in counter or at the border immigration check post if you are entering Bhutan by road.
